Quality Assurance and Training
At Careland London, we guarantee quality health care by ensuring that all of our staff have the necessary training, experience, and qualifications to do their jobs professionally and effectively. During our recruitment procedure we certify that they are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Disclosed Barring Service (DBS) as well as abiding by a confidentiality agreement. We undertake rigorous measures to ensure that they are constantly working to the highest of standards with regular observations, spot checks and reviews. We also ensure that all staff members take annual training updates in basic life support, first aid, infection control, fire safety, COSHH and RIDDOR health and safety and manual handling.
Our staff are the face of Careland London so it is imperative that they uphold our values and principles at all times through the way that they conduct themselves and perform their duties to a continuous high standard. We ensure that our staff are always respectful, compassionate, patient, highly professional, and only administer top quality health care. They have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; excel in problem-solving and quick response; and have empathy and respect for anyone they care for.
In turn, we care exceedingly well for our staff and make sure that they have all the necessary training and support they need to help them perform to the best of their ability. We believe that good employers lead to excellent staff, and we do our utmost to aid our carers in providing you with the first class care that you deserve.
Providing opportunities for the progression and career advancement of our staff is very important to us and many of them undergo further training with us in order to continually advance their skills and improve themselves professionally. We ensure that our staff leaders have what they need in order to provide excellent training to our carers and allow them opportunities for development at every stage. We also provide our carers with bespoke training in specific areas of quality health care that may be needed with certain clients.
